Nedre Langgate 26C is a characterful wharf property with a unique location on Tønsberg's historic harbour front. Dating from the late 1800s, the building has over the years been transformed from a boathouse and warehouse into a modern restaurant venue. It is home today to the restaurant concept Esmeralda. Nedre Langgate 28C is a newly renovated wharf property with an attractive location on Tønsberg's historic waterfront. Originally built around 1890 as a boathouse for the whaling trade, it underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2024/2025. The property is let to the restaurant concept D/S Victor.
